About Me and My Blog
I’m an average female in my mid-20′s living in Toronto, Ontario Canada who has recently become more aware of the importance of keeping active.
Although I’ve participated in fitness activities almost all my life I became slightly more focused since September 2008 and even more committed around May 2009. Since I have spent the past year trying to figure out what I wanted to accomplish that is within my budget, I haven’t made as much progress as I have wanted in a year but I have made some. I’ve made a few sets of goals in the past year and my current ones are:
1) Become stronger – I’d like to one day be able to pull-up my own body weight.
2) Lose fat and therefore look more toned.
3) Drop a size – I’m currently a size 6 – 10 depending on the store but I’d like to drop to a 4 – 6.
4) Maintain a blog to track my progress, motivate myself and possibly receive feedback from others.
In terms of fitness I would call myself a jack of all trades but a master of none having tried many fitness activities and programs. In this blog I hope to keep track of my fitness progress while reviewing various fitness programs and products. Hopefully some people will read this and get something out it!
